You can obtain these certificates when you purchase a renewable energy system). The below prices include the STC rebate as an upfront discount. (Valid in South Australia only)

To offer the upfront STC discount we will require proof of name and address eg: rates notice, electricity bill etc., A COC from the plumber and electrician and on completion filling in of the supplied paperwork. If the above information/ proof cannot be supplied we reserve the right to charge the you the balance of the STC’s.

Delivery vs Pickup

If you want to pick up your heat pump that can be organised. To do this we recommend a sturdy trailer and good tie downs. We can help you load it on at our warehouse but recommend you have someone help you unload at the other end.

If you don’t want the hassle of picking up your heat pump all of our heat pumps come with free delivery within 100 km of Adelaide 5000, don’t let this stop you though if you are outside of this area please contact us and we can advise on the small extra fee for getting the heat pump to you.
